Little Dragons (4-8 year olds) : 6.00pm – 6.45pm
Junior Kickboxing (8+) : 7.00pm – 8.00pm
Mixed Kickboxing : 8.00pm – 9.00pm
The Ilkeston class is our longest running club. It is well established with 3 classes for 4-8 year olds (Little Dragons) Junior Kickboxing and Mixed Kickboxing alowing parents to train with their children. It is taught by Instructors Lee & Jo Jones with assistance from our coaching team members Amie Thacker, Matt Ward, Jason Meakin & Gabriel Brown

The class takes place in the multi purpose room and we meet there from around 6-00pm. Victoria Park offers ample parking and all the facilities you would expect to find.
Eastwood : Thursdays
7.30pm – 8.30pm
The Eastwood class is a well established mixed ability class with beginners/high grades with juniors/adults training together. Because of its close location to Ilkeston students can cross train or take part in two classes. It is taught by Instructors Lee & Jo Jones with assistance from our coaching team members Olivia Dawson, Matt Ward, Jason Meakin & Gabriel Brown & Amie Thacker.
