Personal training classes available
A number of students have taken personal classes with either myself or Jo.
Private classes are a way of accelerating your training rapidly as you can have our undivided attention for 1 – 2 hours. During this time we can coach you in any aspect of kickboxing or fitness training.
Personal training sessions are an ideal way to-

* Preperation for an upcoming grading
* Focus on grading syllabus elements
* Sparring & Tournament preperation
* Flexibility training
* Fitness training
The sessions are yours, and we tailor make each session to achieve your goals!
Locations are generally flexible to suit you but prices can vary depending on cost of room hire or location.
